” . (KNSI) – Police are asking the public to be on the lookout for a St. Cloud man who has been missing for nearly two months. Troy Allen Strawn was last seen at his apartment in the 300 block of 8th Avenue South on May 19th. No one has heard from him since. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension describes the missing 44-year-old as 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing around 190 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
